Another new addition to The Avengers' roster, T'Challa aka Black Panther leaps into the fray in Civil War and emerges as possibly the most exciting character in the MCU right now.

Played by Chadwick Boseman, T'Challa is a prince who becomes a king seeking vengeance, plus he's a superhero. Not only does the actor have to carry all that he also has to make himself known amongst an ensemble of now well-known characters played by brilliant actors. The pressure turned up for Boseman, a lesser actor may have crumbled or been pushed into the background of such a big movie but he makes it look effortless.

T'Challa is a strong, regal presence and Boseman more than delivers the gravitas required for the role of King of Wakanda. Dismissive of the civil war unfolding in front of him (note the scene where Hawkeye introduces himself) and blinded by an all-consuming revenge, Boseman alone makes this more personal story stand out among the explosions and giant men in this monster of a comic book movie.

Chadwick Boseman can stand proud among the other actors who have become synonymous with their characters in the MCU and is yet another example of Marvel's incredible casting record.
