So maybe you don't want someone with experience in hosting or in sketch comedy. Maybe for a slight change, you want someone who made their name as a stand-up comedian. Enter Kevin Hart. While having done some film work and a little bit of sketch comedy, his strength is stand-up. Monologues are of course a vital part of the late night talk shows, but he could do one better. Hart is skilled at interacting with his audiences, sometimes going way off script to relate with his audience more.
