There aren't many taboos left in the world, and soon being LBGT in sport won't be one of them. Fallon Fox is the first openly transgender athlete in MMA, who has faced battles inside and outside the octagon not only in her personal life, but in her career. Former champ Ronda Rousey, who recently had her backside handed to her at UFC 193, said Fox's body "gives her an advantage over a woman", while wrestling legend Hulk Hogan said "I'll whip her, I'll whip him." The journey of a college basketball player is also followed, as he became the first male player in a major team sport to come out as gay. To get an alternative look at the subject, check out the mockumentary United We Fall, also added to Netflix this week, which chapters the story of five homophobic, racist footballers who once had the chance to become heroes.
