7 Reasons Why Wanda Maximoff Will Be The MCU’s Greatest Threat Yet

As we know from Infinity War, Vision no longer has his vision, or any of his other senses, after Thanos ripped the Mind Stone from his head. So what’s he doing alive in the trailer for WandaVision? And after this ordeal, will his inner Ultron be unleashed?

Either Shuri managed to save more of Vision than we were led to believe - and with the help of Wanda, managed to put Humpty Dumpty back together again sometime after the events of Endgame - or Wanda warped reality in order to bring him back to life, in order to live with her in their own sitcom-inspired pocket universe. But does that mean Vision is now alive, or is there just a version of him alive in this pocket universe? Would he survive outside of it, and who is in control?

As we know from Age of Ultron, Civil War, and to a lesser extent Infinity War, Vision is a force to be reckoned with, and the only Avenger capable of stopping him if he were ever to go full Ultron is Wanda.

But what if Wanda didn’t want to stop him? What if Wanda warped his mind and made him her own personal bodyguard? A team made up of arguably the two most capable Avengers – one with the power to change reality to her will and the other with the ability to access all of Earth’s information in a millisecond and start a nuclear war – would practically be unstoppable.

Good thing for the MCU that Wanda is completely sane and problem-free and Vision is definitely dead then! Maybe Thanos will wipe out half of the universe after all – he just didn’t know he set those events in motion when he killed Vision. Who needs the Infinity Gauntlet when you’ve got the walking Infinity Stone that is The Scarlet Witch anyway?
