3. Every Quentin Tarantino Film Is Connected

It's no secret that there is crossover between the films of Quentin Tarantino, from shared DNA to subtle references, but the auteur finally addressed the connection head on in an interview last year.

The director confirmed that his movies exist in not one, but two shared cinematic universes, a universe within a universe, to be precise.

Fans already knew that films such as Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction and Inglorious Basterds took place within the same world, with Red Apple cigarettes serving as just one piece of connective tissue between them.

But, setting the record straight, Tarantino revealed that these films take place in the same world, while his more outlandish efforts such as Kill Bill and From Dusk Till Dawn are actual movies within that reality.

"When all the characters of Reservoir Dogs or Pulp Fiction, when they go to the movies, Kill Bill is what they go to see. From Dusk Till Dawn is what they see.”

Presumably we aren't about to see characters from all of the above films join forces in an Avengers-style mash-up, mostly because the majority of them died anyway.
