4. I Am Legend: There's No Cure In The Blood

Dodgy alternate endings and the sheer improbability of the only person to develop immunity also happening to be a virologist aside, science dooms I Am Legend's entire premise from the get go.

According to one of the world's top virologists, Dr. W. Ian Lipkin, trying to develop a vaccine or cure for the disease that has destroyed humanity using Cr. Robert Neville's blood is essentially pointless, precisely because he is immune to the disease.

With a genetic mutation that prevents the disease taking hold in his system, Neville would never have to produce the antibodies to fight it.

His blood contains neither the virus nor the antibodies, and injecting his blood into someone else would not suddenly gift them with the genetic immunity he was born with.
