https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9z0s9MHY9Q In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Vision is awakened when his synthetic body - which was built to house Ultron's consciousness - was implanted with the A.I. of JARVIS and charged using lightning produced by Mjonir. Upon his awakening, he very briefly attacked Thor, before coming to his senses and joining the Avengers in their fight against the titular villain. But this deleted (and clearly unfinished) scene shows that an awesome and much longer physical exchange with Thor was originally intended. The pair have a full-on fistfight and Vision gives an early demonstration of his phasing ability, as he allows Captain America's shield to harmlessly pass through him during the fight. Iron Man also gets involved, then the scene takes us into the one in the movie in which the Vision is looking at his reflection in the Avengers Tower window. It would have been nice to see Vision in action as soon as he awakened in the movie, but it was perhaps best left until the final battle.
