8. T-1000 - Wayne's World
Original Role - T-1000: Very persistent would be killer of the only hope for mankind John Connor. Cameo Role - T-1000: Still the same old killer but this time he seems to be on the trail of another little boy (look closely at the picture he's holding). Probable Explanation: It seems that if Skynet wants you found (and subsequently dead) there is no place you can hide be it the highest mountain, the lowest ocean depth or even the feature film adaptation of a Saturday Night Live sketch. This is a brilliant and hilarious in-character cameo that rightly deserves it spot at number 1. It's completely unexpected but doesn't by any means slow down the film or distract from whats happening but rather it provides a seismic comedic jolt to the proceedings. In fact in the minute or so he's on screen the T-1000 (Robert Patrick) almost runs away with the entire movie.
