2. Bob Hoskins Has Passed Away

Legendary actor Bob Hoskins has sadly passed away, dying from pneumonia at the age of 71. Hoskins was a celebrated English actor who got his start on the stage and played some iconic roles during his film career, in a wide variety of genres. He's known for playing tough guys in movies like The Long Good Friday and Mona Lisa (for which he got an Academy Award nomination), but also had a playful and fun side, as seen with roles in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Hook, and Snow White and the Huntsman. He retired from acting in 2012, after revealing he'd been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and is survived by his wife Linda Banwell, and children Alex, Sarah, Rosa, and Jack. Our condolences go out to his family.
