1. Col. Hans Landa (Inglourious Basterds)
So we come to end of the list, and we finish with one of my favourite performances of all time S.S. Col. Hans Landa. Cunning, sly, charming, and incredibly intelligent, Landa didnt earn the nickname Jew Hunter for nothing. Killing anyone who crosses his path, Landa is ruthless and seems to relish in what he does. After Shosanna escaped his clutches the first time, he comes across her again, playing mind games with her, and allowing her to leave a second time - Landas character is so evil in fact, he willingly allows the fall of Germany for his own self benefit. Hes the character everyone hates to love, and his sadistic temperament along with that huge smoking pipe of his gives him the top spot on my list of the top 8 coolest Quentin Tarantino characters.
