2. He-Man Vs Superman
He-Man and Superman have come in to conflict with each other on two occasions in the comic books and it's pretty hard to argue that seeing the two super-powered heroes - arguably the most admirable pairing in comic book history - going at it against each other in a movie would be awesome. The two first encountered one another in 1982's "Superman and the Masters of the Universe" when the man of steel flew through a dimensional portal and wound up on Eternia. Upon learning about this powerful new being's presence, Skeletor takes an interest and the Kryptonian falls prey to one of Skeletor's spells and is forced to fight He-Man under Skeletor's control. Of course, the heroic pair ultimately end up teaming up when the spell is broken and they promise to help each other in the future - if such help is needed. More recently (this year, in fact), there was a "DC Vs Masters of the Universe" arc in which Skeletor escaped from his last battle with He-Man and headed to Earth to recover. Once he arrives there, he sets a plan in motion to siphon off Earth's core magic. He-Man and the Masters of the Universe follow Skeletor to Earth but are confronted by the primary heroes of the DC Universe; the Justice League. There are undoubtedly some epic movie possibilities with that story.
