8 Reasons Why Indiana Jones Is A Terrible Archaeologist

7. He's Too Good Looking

Indianajonestlc When they casted for the role of Indiana, we can all tell that Harrison Ford's looks probably played a big factor (because we know it wasn't his acting talent). This was a mistake by Hollywood. If they wanted to be realistic they would have looked towards the more Phillip Seymour Hoffman end of things, rather than the Ryan Gosling or Bradley Cooper section of the scale. Why is this? Well, when was the last time you saw an archaeologist that looked like Harrison Ford (in his prime at least)? I mean, look at him! Nothing about that strikingly good-looking face screams "I've just done very extensive and wordy research into Neolithic movement patterns".
