8 Terrible Comic Book Movie Performances By Great Actors

3. Colin Farrell As Bullseye - Daredevil (2003)

While we€™re on the subject of Daredevil, let€™s revel in the iconic awfulness of Colin Farrell as Bullseye, a performance which dangles in the purgatory between the realms of So Bad It€™s Good and So Bad It€™s Hilarious before finally getting rejected by both, thus forced to spend cinematic superhero eternity in the ignominious vortex that is This Is Terrible, Isn€™t It? Farrell plays off his own Irishness in the worst way possible (Pubs! Darts! Drinking! Fighting!) - something he wouldn€™t really rectify until his superb, oddly-touching turn in In Bruges five years later - creating one of Marvel€™s very worst villains in the process: a bald, one-liner-spouting idiot who often screams his own name for no reason. This is a camp-comic turn to forget.
