8 Things Everybody Missed In The Batman V Superman Trailer

7. Decidedly Russian Space Debris

For Man Of Steel, the Big Apple-alike Metropolis served as the primary setting, with any additional location work taking place in either anonymous bits of America or that absolutely mental place from the opening scenes (it's called Krypton, or something). The trailer for Batman V Superman, however, suggests a more global endeavour.

The piece of wreckage Superman is holding up in this picture appears to be from a space capsule, but it's not a US model. If you can't read Russian (and if you're reading this English-language article then you probably can't) the "POCKOCMOC" on the side of the capsule spells out "Roscosmos" in English.

Roscosmos would be the name of Russia's space programme, and would be a good hint - if that giant Russian flag didn't already give it away - that the former USSR is going to be involved in Batman V Superman somehow. It'll be no accident that Zack Snyder has decided to have the space debris belong to one of America's greatest rivals.
