8. Batman Created It Himself

The official description released by Warner Bros. for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice's Batmobile states that it was, "single-handedly designed and fabricated in near complete seclusion by The Batman". It's hard not to be excited as a comic book fan to see the Caped Crusader referred to here as "The Batman", but the fact that he built it himself is a big deal. For starters, that's obviously vastly different to how the Batmobile was created in Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy. In those movies, the Batmobile was simply a military vehicle mass produced and stored by Wayne Industries with a nifty black paint job. As Batman v Superman isn't an origin story, the creation of the Batmobile won't be something which fans will see in the movie. However, a scene featuring Batman and Alfred working on the vehicle together would be very satisfying for fans of the source material.
