4. Star Wars (Again)

Sticking with the Star Wars bashing for a little bit, when the question of whether he prefers the Millenium Falcon or The Starship Enterprise, Tyson sided with the Trekkies.

As far as he's concerned "there's no question" that the Enterprise is, not only better, but more realistic. Well, "real fake" as opposed to "fake fake".

He describes the Enterprise as "revolutionary", specifically as it is possibly the first sci-fi ship that was not designed with a destination in mind. He then goes on to make the eloquent point that, in combat, the Enterprise would wipe its a** with the Falcon.

Sorry Star Wars fans. On the plus side, Trekkies can rejoice.
