For an eons-old alien being who's supposed to be something close to a genius, The Doctor certainly does suffer from a lot of spoilers being leaked due to total idiocy. How can you operate a TARDIS effectively but not manage to hold onto a couple of poxy scripts and promotional DVDs? Well, if it's good enough for government workers abandoning thumb drives full of personal details in the back of cabs, then it's good enough for Doctor Who, we suppose. There was a cause célèbre a couple of years ago centered on the same thing happening to yet another BBC script - a Neil Gaiman script, nonetheless. The fan-favourite author and comic book writer's brief forays into television have been universally acclaimed, his keen sense of whimsy and wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff being a perfect fit for Doctor Who. As such people were particularly excited to get their hands on a copy of Gaiman's seventh series script Nightmare In Silver (then called The Last Cyberman, which was a bit of a spoiler itself), thanks to a clumsy actress on the episode leaving her copy behind in the back of a Cardiff taxi. Student Hannah Durham was the one to come across the coveted screenplay but, rather than indulging her worse instincts, she hot tailed it straight to the nearest BBC offices after a social media campaign - with outreach from Gaiman himself - suggested that to be the best course of action. Gaiman tweeted his thanks afterwards, wishing "a world-sized pat on the back to Hannah." Still, if you're less discerning and more spoiler-hungry, keeping an eye on the local cabs sounds like your best bet...
