6. Cinderella
Cinderella, aka the fairy tale in which being a complete doormat is rewarded with money and a hot guy. Sure, she's
nice and everything, but throughout the entire film she proves utterly incapable of standing up for herself. The only reason she ever gets out of indentured servitude is because of her Deus ex Fairy Godmother. And the fact that she's kind of a looker. So essentially, don't worry about asserting your independence or taking control of your own life. Just keep letting people push you around and if you're pretty, some nice, rich man will marry you. After all, as another pathologically downtrodden character once said, "I've always depended on the kindness of strangers."
