9 Most Outrageously Hilarious Horror Comedies of All Time

4. Dead Alive

Before he directed prestigious movies about goblins, dwarfs, ogres and monsters, Peter Jackson indulged in some of the most boundary pushing examples of depraved filth every to make audiences bust a gut laughing. His early masterpiece (and still his most complete film in my opinion) took a page out of the Evil Dead II's handbook and delivered a balls out crazy gore-drenched plunge into insanity. Jackson created one of the goriest films ever made and still managed to wring every ounce of comedic potential out of it: a priest high-kicks zombies, sentient lower intestines try to eat the hero, and in the film's signature scene a trip to the playground with a zombie baby ends in the funniest instance of child abuse every captured on camera. Be warned: this film is not for the weak of stomach.
