9 Time Travel Movies That Put The Rest To Shame

3. Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991)

Terminator 21Note: This one post may contain spoilers. I realize this is a sequel to another time travel movie and that you might have to watch the first one to understand this one but it's well worth it. After the events of the first film transpire and the cyborg that time traveled from the future to murder Sarah Connors before she had her son is now dead. The cyborg is dead, not Sarah or her son, just to be clear. Now another cyborg must protect Sarah from a second, more advanced cyborg sent to try yet again to murder Sarah Connor's son, John Connor. In the future, John Connor leads the revolution against the machines and the machines are SO NOT HAVING THAT! Out of the four (They need to stop) movies that have so far been entered into the Terminator franchise, this sequel serves itself up as the best, awesome, action packed film that the franchise deserved. I have heard rumors that they are going to make a fifth one of these and that upsets me greatly. There are plenty of original stories out there, floating around ready to be made into a great feature but no, just keep recycling with sequels and remakes. It's fine, we get it. DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT, HOLLYWOOD! Also, Drinking game: Take a drink every time I say cyborg. Because reading through this again, I say it a lot.
