A Christmas Story: 10 Awesome Images You've Never Seen

3. The House That Jean Built

The house we all came to know as The Parker Residence was almost lost to us for good. Thankfully, Brian Jones (a huge fan of the film) bought the house in an eBay auction for $150,000. Where'd Jones get the money? Well, he earned it through his own business...The Red Ryder Leg Lamp Company. That's right, Jones was such a huge fan that he started the business that makes not only replicas of the infamous sex symbol, but customizes them to your liking. After refurbishing and restoring the house to look just like it did in the film, inside and out, Brian opened "A Christmas Story House and Museum" in November of 2006. It is currently open in Cleveland, Ohio.
