8. Daniels' Magical Hair

If you're wondering why Katherine Waterston's hair is so... unique in Alien: Covenant, you might be surprised to hear that you've probably seen it before in a completely different fantastical movie world.

The hairstyle was borrowed from fellow Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them actor Ezra Miller, who played Credence, the secondary antagonist of the film.

Waterston apparently filmed her audition video on the set of the Rowling adaptation in Miller's trailer, and noticed his Credence wig, which she put on for the video. Ridley Scott obviously liked it enough to keep it in the film film (though it is a little toned down, admittedly).
