Amy Smart likes her reflection in Mirrors

amy_smart_smith.jpgAmy Smart, the semi-cute blonde who couldn't act herself out of a paper bag has signed up for Alexandre Aja's remake of the Korean horror movie Mirrors. Jason Flemyng and a whole host of others have been announced for movie. You can see a whole list of them at Bloody Disgusting where this story broke. Kiefer Sutherland is leading the film, in what will be a different kind of film than we are use to seeing him in.
The story follows a security guard at a high-end department store who begins to investigate mysterious deaths occurring in front of the stores' mirrors. He soon discovers that there are murderous reflections out for revenge.
The film will be the fourth from 29 year old French director Alexandre Aja who has previously helmed Haute Tension, The Hills Have Eyes remake and his low budget debut movie Furia. Love the concept and Aja is a talented visual director who seems more than comfortable in this genre. We await a trailer!
