Another former timelord in THE HOBBIT?

Potentially joining the 10th timelord David Tennant in 'The Hobbit' is another former Dr. Who - Sylvester McCoy - who revealed at a convention in Auckland over the weekend that he has officially been offered the part of Radagast The Brown. He's the wizard that was cut from the 'Lord of the Rings' films but will apparently have a fairly substantial part in the prequel two-parter. No contracts have yet to be signed but we can't imagine McCoy would turn this opportunity down. Bleeding Cool first noted the rumour of McCoy's involvement back in August. Revealed on Friday was Martin Freeman's official casting as Bilbo Baggins, a massive cast of dwarfs, and that offers had been made to David Tennant, James Nesbitt, Saorise Ronan, Stephen McFry and most excitedly of all, Bill Nighy as the voice of Smaug.
