Ant-Man: 10 Potential Roles For Corey Stoll

2. The Immortal Iron Fist

Who? Billlionaire and white messiah Danny Rand gained his ancient powers and martial arts prowess while visiting the secret city of K'un L'un and uses them to fight crime on the streets of New York, often with fellow hero Luke Cage (the two used to share a title called Power Man and Iron Fist and formed Heroes For Hire together). Both characters are set to star in their own upcoming respective series for Netflix. Though known and usually represented as a street-level hero, Iron Fist's been a part of a number of super teams including the Avengers and the Defenders (both of which Hank Pym has been a member of at different points in time), his portrayal in the latter of which shows him in an incredibly nonchalant and humorous light that would fit the tone of an Edgar Wright comic movie perfectly. Why Stoll Could Play Him: Though Stoll doesn't really strike most as the most likely candidate for a martial artist character, he could easily pull off the rich businessman alter-ego of Iron Fist, Danny Rand, and help to tie in the new Marvel TV properties to the cinematic universe proper. Douglas' Pym could well also be a wealthy man (hell, he's pretty well typecast in the role by this point) so it would make sense that he'd be rubbing shoulders with the rest of the 1%.
