We're actually given a better look at The Ghost later in the trailer, but this is the first time they seemingly appear in partial view. Portrayed by Hannah-John Kamen in the film, The Ghost possesses all kinds of sneaky abilities in the comics, including being highly proficient in sabotage.

They're primarily an Iron Man villain off the screen, but it wouldn't be difficult for Marvel to switch things round on it, especially when both Pym Technologies and Stark Industries fit the profile for the kind of business The Ghost opposed in their comic book appearances.
