In addition to being a massive Black Goliath fanboy, Reed is also a big fan of Laurence Fishburne, and frankly, who isn't?

The director was delighted when he met with the acting vet and he agreed to sign on, while commending him for being an extremely well-versed comics fan and spending much of his downtime on-set reading obscure graphic novels.
