17. Scott Meets Veb & Drinks The Ooze

After being rescued, Scott and Cassie are taken in the warriors' custody and brought before the slimy alien creature known as Veb (voiced by David Dastmalchian).

Cassie begs her dad to "drink the ooze" - a gross-looking pink liquid which is produced by Veb and funnelled down Scott's throat in a sequence somewhat reminiscent of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.

But Veb has good intentions - for reasons that are never explained, the goo allows Scott to understand what all of the assembled creatures are saying.

Yet Scott might regret that ability given that Veb is absolutely obsessed with now many "holes" Scott has, with telepath Quaz (William Jackson Harper) confirming that Scott has seven holes on his body.

An MCU movie openly talking about bodily orifices. Whatever next?
