Aquaman Trailer Breakdown: 19 Things You Need To See

15. Orm Attacks The Surface World

While Arthur is driving his father home on land, the world suffers through what's presumably an act of terrorism by Orm, who creates a gigantic tidal wave and runs a ship ashore. Orm's motive? Apparently he's sick of humans polluting the world.

The tidal wave causes Arthur to swerve violently off the road, and though this seems like a perfect opportunity to kill Arthur's daddy off for dramatic reasons, a later shot seems to reveal that he actually survives the crash, surprisingly enough.

Meanwhile, Mera implores Arthur, "The only way to stop this war is for you to take your rightful place as King." Arthur's response? "Trust me, I'm no King."
