So there's a couple of potential titles for Star Wars: Episode VIII doing the rounds on the internet, and it's entirely up to you how many heapings of salt you'd like to take with each one. First up is Star Wars: Tale of the Jedi Temple, which sounds iffy, and comes from some guy on Facebook who found a promotional image on Reddit (since taken down), posted it on Facebook, and is now back on Reddit. It feels a little too 'he-said-she-said' for my tastes, but here it is, if you'd like to decide for yourself. The next potential title maybe carries a little more weight to it. Coming from a Croatian Star Wars scooping site - Mos Croatia Spaceport (cute) - because the production is filming in Dubrovnik, the title being bandied about is Star Wars: The Order of the Dark Side. Which sounds like a bad translation from Croatian to English, if anything. Let's not forget that both of these titles could be purposeful misdirection - J.J. Abrams was never shy about spreading misinformation, and incoming director Rian Johnson is most likely of the same inclination. What better way to conceal the title of your film than by spreading false ones? False ones that, it must be said, don't give anything away more than what fans already know. If it absolutely, positively has to be one of those terrible titles, though - and my gut tells me it won't be - which do you prefer? Let us know in the comments below!
