3. Neytiri Goes Scorched Earth
Neytiri is naturally distraught following her son's death, but once Jake informs her that Quaritch still has their daughters, she changes her tune and goes full-on badass Vengeance Mode.
What follows is an absurdly satisfying sequence in which Neytiri and Jake assault the flaming remains of the whaling ship, with Neytiri taking no prisoners as she slaughters the remaining RDA soldiers like they're defenseless children.
In one awesome beat she even shoots an arrow through one soldier and into another, before turning basically feral in pursuit of her kids.
Neytiri saves the most savage act for last, though, as when Quaritch holds Kiri at knife point, she responds by doing the same to Spider.
To prove she's serious, she even cuts Spider across the chest, at which point Quaritch finally relents and returns Kiri to her family.
Though she probably went a little too far at the end there, Neytiri certainly levelled up her already substantial badassery in this sequel. It's just a shame she was sidelined for so much of the early going.
