Avengers 4: 10 Most Likely Characters To Be Killed

By the sound of it, War Machine isn't going to let the small matter of his legs not working like they used to before get in the way of him being an active member of the Avengers team (or at least what's left of them) in Avengers: Infinity War.

Thanks to some useful techy augmentations from Tony Stark, Rhodey will still be able to walk around as if uninjured, and his flight suit will presumably be changed to assist too. Which means he can go back into the firing line, which is the worst place to be when you're a supporting character whose death would be a valuable narrative device in your lead character's story.

Tony Stark probably needs to have his friends in peril to drive him to change his mentality on the Sokovia Accords, and to fit in with his arc of being terrified that he won't be able to protect them when it matters. That's the best way to sell Thanos' threat and also to give Iron Man a major emotional bump.
