Avengers 4: Every Character Confirmed So Far

Confirmed By: A Casting Call.

It wasn't all that long ago that Samuel L Jackson was complaining about not being invited back for any Marvel movies other than Captain Marvel, so his appearance here might seem slightly confusing. Here's what he said:

"I wasn't in the 'superhero argument' movie, I'm not in Avengers 3 and 4. They're shooting them now and they haven't called me yet."

But since then, a casting call posted by AJC has confirmed that Avengers 4 is looking for an African-American male photo double, with the description definitely fitting Jackson and Fury:

Man #1 – looks African-American and is age 30s to 50s, from 6’2” to 6’4” and has a chest size of 38 to 40. You’ll need to be bald and must have a goatee or have facial hair that you’re willing to cut into a goatee to match the actor.

So he might not have been called by the time of his interview with Yahoo, but it certainly sounds like he's involved. Presumably from beyond the grave...
