Though it looked for a while like she was never going to reappear in an MCU movie, Gwyneth Paltrow made her surprising return in Spider-Man: Homecoming and is involved in Avengers: Infinity War. Rumour has it, she and Tony Stark are actually engaged, having put their issues behind them.
Despite how tempting it must have been to then have her put in a position of peril to ramp up the drama for Tony, it seems that she's going to survive Infinity War too, as Paltrow confirmed to THR that she's been on the Avengers 4 set.
Let's just hope the Russos are better at giving her something to do than some of the other MCU film-makers have been...
