2. The Inhumans

The Inhumans movie is still a long way off, but Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has revealed that their descendants live on Earth and have dormant powers which can be activated by the Terrigen Mists (which is how Skye became Quake). An Avengers: Age of Ultron prequel comic book confirms that the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's powers are activated in a similar way - with Loki's staff rather than the Mists - so the Inhumans could be present here in some form. It's hard to say what the ideal Easter Egg would be, but The Avengers finding out about them would be a very good start, with Thor surely the ideal candidate to reveal their existence to his teammates. Marvel Studios likely won't want to reveal too much about the mysterious alien race just yet, but even just a few clues about Attlilan would leave fans poring over the sequel to see what else they can find out right up until The Inhumans is finally released.
