4. Sub-Ultrons

The stunning concept art shown off at last year's San Diego Comic-Con featured The Avengers in battle with an army of Ultron robots, while the same robots have also been spotted in the trailer heading into action. It's thought that they're the army of robots created by Tony Stark to help police the world retrofitted for Ultron's purposes, but rather than being mindless Chitauri-like drones, it appears as if they could have different roles and abilities. Iron Man's transformed 'Iron Legion' are initially referred to as Sub-Ultrons, but there have been multiple versions of them in toy form, all in different shapes and sizes. That's led to speculation that there will be different ranks of them, especially as some have been referred to as officers and others drones. It's hard to imagine this factoring into the movie in a major way, but it could be very interesting to see Ultron interacting with his subordinate soldiers.
