Avengers: Age Of Ultron - 10 Things Joss Whedon Doesn't Want You To Know

9. It Might Not Be As Good As The First

Marvel's movies have rarely disappointed, but The Avengers is a hard act to follow, especially as it was so historic. Will seeing the team assembled have anywhere near the same impact on comic book fans as did back in 2012? The pressure is also on the sequel to deliver at the box office; will it be considered a disappointment if it doesn't top $1.5 billion? It's also somewhat worrying to look at how crowded Avengers: Age of Ultron appears to be, and despite Whedon being at the helm, there's nothing to say that it won't sink under its own weight just like Iron Man 2 did. If it is a disappointment, Marvel might regret releasing it in international territories first as any bad buzz could kill its momentum early on.
