Avengers: Age Of Ultron Spoilers - 10 Moments That Are Going To Rule

11. The Attack On Von Strucker's Castle

Considering the state of SHIELD at the end of The Winter Soldier, the film needs to open on a set piece that reinforces the idea that the Avengers are Earth's mightiest (and possibly only) hope, as well as re-introducing HYDRA as a viable threat despite their being uncovered and cleared out in the Cap sequel. The inevitable solution would be an assault on Von Strucker's stronghold to clear away what remains of HYDRA (something you'd suspect Bucky was interested in doing as well - so maybe there'll be a cameo there). That would account for all of the shots in both trailers of what appears to be an ancient building, as well as the sequence in the second trailer that shows Scarlet Witch on the loose using her powers. This is likely to be the trigger event that leads to Tony Stark letting loose his security drones: the Avengers clearly don't know that the Twins exist, but they will be set upon them by Von Strucker desperately, and they will best the hero ensemble and escape. That will require their recovery when Stark classifies them a threat, which would explain the heavy-handed unleashing of the robots. However it plays out, the chance to see the Avengers in full flow again is a huge draw.
