4. Nick Fury Was Never In The Final Battle (And Neither Were Pepper's Powers)

Aside from addressing some major creative turning points, Markus and McFeely also touched on a few smaller issues too. For example, at one point during their panel, they were asked about Pepper's Extremis powers, which they stated were never once considered for Endgame's final battle.

Now, if you read that and thought "why would they be considered in the first place. Didn't she get rid of them?" then you win a cookie, because yes, as of the end of Iron Man 3, Pepper is no longer infused with the Extremis virus. Sounds like the person who asked the question might have missed that detail.

The writers also added that Nick Fury was never a part of the final battle either. It certainly would've been cool to see him in there, but it's hard to imagine him having much of an impact. Not only does he not have superpowers, he doesn't even have Black Widow's melee skills, or Hawkeye's marksmanship.

What's he going to do, intimidate Thanos to death?

He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
