4. The Greater Threat

Marvel have worked SUPER hard on protecting spoilers of what might happen after Endgame aside for confirming a few sequels we knew were already being worked on. But one thing they've apparently let leak is the fact that the sequel will see the arrival of an "even bigger threat," which could blossom out into the future MCU movies.

How Do We Know?

A report on ComicBook.com included a picture of what appeared to be official Endgame merch a fair while before Endgame even had an official title. It showed Thor and Rocket Raccoon kitted out with brand new matching costumes, which have since been confirmed as real and included a short synopsis that opened some eyes pretty wide:

"The Asgardian Thor wields the mighty Stormbreaker in his battle against new foes. Rocket teams up with a new crew to guard the galaxy from an even greater threat."

Speculation has suggested that bigger threat could be the Skrulls, Galactus or Annihilus, among others, but it's just intriguing to see a tease of another villain presence.
