Endgame's final scene reveals that Cap travelled back in time and re-kindled his romance with Peggy Carter, as the pair are seen lovingly slow-dancing to Jule Styne and Sammy Cahn's 1945 pop hit "It's Been a Long, Long Time", which continues playing over the movie's end credits.

The song was also featured briefly in The Winter Soldier and even appeared on the movie's soundtrack, and given that the lyrics are about a person welcoming home their lover from the end of a war, it couldn't be more apt.
