10. Doctor Strange Signals "One" To Tony

Doctor Strange may have been dusted in Infinity War, but his presence was still felt throughout Endgame, given that he had seen the single future in which the Avengers successfully defeat Thanos.

This pays off splendidly in the climax, where Tony Stark asks Strange whether they're playing out that one successful scenario, and Strange retorts that if he tells him what happens, it won't happen.

And moments later, just as Thanos gains possession of the Infinity Gauntlet, Strange signals a single finger to Tony, indicating that this is indeed the one winning scenario, giving Tony all the motivation he needs to retrieve the stones and defeat Thanos.

Strange may not have caused much damage on the battlefield, but his role was pivotal nevertheless.
