2. Captain America Wields Mjolnir

Just when it seems like Thanos is going to stab Thor to death with Stormbreaker, Mjolnir lifts off the ground and smacks Thanos around the head, before returning to its recipient - not Thor, but Captain America.

As a payoff to the scene from Avengers: Age of Ultron where Cap manages to slightly nudge Mjolnir while attempting to lift it, it's absolutely incredible, and surely the most crowd-pleasing moment in all of Endgame.

And if the act itself isn't enough, Thor's subsequent, "I knew it", basically seals the deal, surely reflecting the feelings of just about everybody watching. That's to say nothing of Cap actually using the hammer to beat give Thanos a firm beatdown.
