It was already known that Gwyneth Paltrow would be reprising her role as Pepper Potts in Avengers: Endgame, but it's still a sweet moment to see her reunited with Tony back on Earth.

This shot comes from the same point in time as the below shot from the Super Bowl TV spot, where it looked like they were rushing outside to see someone or something arriving on Earth, and also that someone had been edited out. Whether it was Pepper who was in that shot or not, it confirms that is indeed the moment Tony arrives back on Earth. It also (mostly) puts to an end the speculation that Pepper will be donning the RESCUE armour and flying into space to bring Tony back. Instead, it seems like he and Nebula will be getting themselves out of it.
