2. M'Baku
Last Seen: The Wakandan battlefield, surrounded by his dusted comrades (Avengers: Infinity War).
What's His Role In Endgame? Wakandans are renowned for their dedication to their friends and allies, and even though M'Baku lives away from mainstream Wakanda as leader of the Jabari tribe, he's always ready to help out his country whenever they need him, as evidenced by his support in the Battle Of Wakanda. As we mentioned with Okoye and Shuri, M'Baku's focus will no doubt be on Wakanda and its people.
Hell, there's even a chance that it's M'Baku who sits on the Wakandan throne. He hasn't always been so friendly towards T'Challa and his family, so might seize the opportunity to establish himself as the nation's new leader.
But, along with Valkyrie, M'Baku is probably the most "minor" supporting character on this list, so in terms of heavy-duty story relevance, his role will be quite minor. Actor Winston Duke did post a gruelling training video on Instagram around the time Endgame's reshoots were underway though, so it seems like he is in the film, just with a part that's action-heavy, physically demanding, and with a lot of stunt work.
