2. Adolescent Groot

After Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2 showed a more grown-up version of young Groot in the post-credits, it was widely assumed that he was growing quickly and that the next time we'd seen him, he'd be fully grown again. But that's not the case in Infinity War, as the tree-man is still the same sort of age he was in the Vol 2 stinger.

That suggests that he's also going to be something of a nightmare to deal with - since we've already established that he's surly and not as responsive as you might hope for a superhero. That likely means he's going to be a possible problem for the Guardians - in the same way Spidey is for Tony Stark - as they'll have to babysit him still.

And definitely don't call him a "teen", he's an adolescent, as his director has confirmed. James Gunn actually took to Facebook to explain how exactly he's this size...

That point about Star-Lord understanding Groot in the post-credits scene is intriguing, incidentally. It suggests they've spent lots of time together and it also completely changes the dynamic of the Guardians in Infinity War.
