4. Where Is Thanos' Armour?

Since it was Joss Whedon who showed off Thanos' battle mode last, you can sort of accept that he would have undergone something of an image change since we last saw him (and since his first REAL appearance in Guardians Of The Galaxy).

Rather than the Titanic gold armour - which always looked more ceremonial than practical - Thanos has a toned down outfit, sleeveless so we can all appreciate his guns and presumably far more lightweight, which is always a smart move for heavy fighting.

And it's not like he really needs much protection when he's got the fully powered Gauntlet anyway - what the hell are his enemies even going to do to him?

As a reminder, here's what he looked like last time...

Is it just me or are his eyes closer together? Obsessing about what you do with your hand all the time will do that to you.

Anyway, the logistics of animating a full golden, shiny suit would have been far more of a nightmare too, given the reflections in his armour alone. So it's a smart move to tone it down, and make him look a little less like he's cosplaying a Transformer.
