Avengers: Infinity War - 10 Interactions We Can't Wait To See

Drax's whole motivation for joining The Guardians of the Galaxy is to murder Thanos. This is not something that The Destroyer is likely to forget when meeting him on the battlefield. But someone as hot-headed as Drax stepping into a fight with someone as strong and calculating as Thanos will not end well for our hero.

Infinity War is almost guaranteed to bring death to some of the characters we have grown to love over the last ten years, and Drax is a prime candidate to bite the dust. This is because his end game is the fight with Thanos, so once this happens there may not be any story left to tell.

It would also be a way for Thanos to show his threat and immediately elevate him above the other villains in the MCU by destroying The Destroyer.

With the rumour that Guardians Vol 3 will be set before Infinity War, there would still be potential to see more of Drax, but the death of this character would be just what Infinity War needs to prove that the six years of Thanos hype was worth the wait.
