Avengers: Infinity War - 10 MCU Heroes Strong Enough To Face Thanos

Ant-Man might just be the most overlooked member of the Avengers in terms of his ability to take on Thanos.

Yes, he's just a human, so any damage the Mad Titan can inflict upon him could prove fatal, but Ant-Man's unique skillset allows him to quickly shrink down to an indiscernible size, avoiding said damage and causing a few headaches of his own.

He could slip inside the Infinity Gauntlet and push one of the Infinity Stones out of place (we don't yet know if this is possible, but remember that Ant-Man carries great strength even at a small size), he could deliver Thanos some swift punches out of nowhere, or he could dismantle the inner workings of Thanos' giant circular portal/ship, just like he did with the Iron Man suit in Civil War.

And then, let's not forget about his ability to grow to the size of a block of flats. Ant-Man can reach heights that would make even Thanos feel intimidated, giving him a huge physical advantage over his opponent.

But this all comes with the huge caveat that Ant-Man is just a regular human. His suit doesn't offer substantial protection so one well-placed punch, energy blast or other attack from Thanos could kill him instantly.
