24. Nomad

After he gave up his shield at the end of Civil War, Steve Rogers is no longer Captain America. He no longer even looks or dresses like he once did and it definitely feels like his new existence underground is a nod to his time spent as Nomad in the comics.

That goes for his muted dark blue look (which is his old uniform with the lighter details either scuffed or ripped off).

And as an added note, the only time he's referred to as "Captain" is by Vision after he saves the android in Scotland. Other than that, he's referred to as simply Steve Rogers reinforcing the fact that he's turned his back on his olf position.
